About the Role
In this role, you will oversee and manage landscaping projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You'll coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on plant care and landscape design. Your responsibilities will include organizing plant orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and meticulously following planting plans while guiding the installation team in the field. As a team leader, you'll manage a group of landscapers, providing clear instructions and support, maintaining organized records of project progress, materials, and labor. Additionally, you'll troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project, conduct on-site research to address unique landscaping challenges, and foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and efficiency.
Requirements
Primary Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of plant care and landscaping techniques.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Proficient in interacting with high-end clientele and providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Experience in project management or a similar role is preferred.
Ability to research and adapt to new information quickly and efficiently.
Working Conditions:
This position can be hourly or full-time salary.
Hourly position with a 30-day probationary period.
Must be able to start work at 7:30 AM.

Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously
Collaborate with the lead designer in developing and drafting designs from conceptual to completion stages
Maintain client communication throughout the design phase via email and phone
Produce digital AutoCAD drawings, color plans using Photoshop, and create material boards in InDesign
Assist the project management team in preparing budget proposals
Represent Hommes + Gardens in client meetings and conference calls
Address real-time revisions during active installations, including change orders and design updates
Conduct site visits, including taking site photos, creating base maps, and taking field notes.Â
