Vintage Robert Lewis Lounge Chairs Walter Lamb – Bronze frame & Woven Rope

An early California-made bronze patio lounge chair by Robert Lewis, a predecessor to Walter Lamb. These were made by hand in the 1930's-1940's in Santa Barbara, CA.  This stunning vintage pair features elegantly slender bronze tubing, sculpted into a chair with an angled backrest, low-set arms, and the distinctive C-shaped supports characteristic of Lewis’s designs.  These chairs exhibit a beautiful aged patina on their sturdy iron frames, adding character and charm. The ergonomic design offers both comfort and durability, making them perfect for outdoor or indoor use. Their mid-century modern appeal and timeless craftsmanship make them an excellent addition to any patio, garden, or stylish interior space.

Good vintage condition with signs of age-appropriate wear. The metal frame has patina and oxidation, the rope has been replaced and is in great condition.
