Refund policy

To start a return, contact us at info@hommesandgardens.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If we provide a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of that label will be deducted from the refunded amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions apply in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us. In such cases, Hommes & Gardens will cover the cost of return shipping.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Any applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after your return has been received and inspected. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@hommesandgardens.com.
