Our approach to returns, exchanges, and one-of-one objects.

New objects
New, in-production objects may be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus return shipping. Please email shop@hommesandgardens.com to request a return.

Vintage & one-of-one
Vintage objects, antique pieces, and one-of-one finds are final sale. Each piece is photographed in detail; please ask any questions before purchasing.

Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the object and email us within 48 hours. We will repair, replace, or refund.

Custom & commissioned work
Custom planters, furniture, and commissioned art are not eligible for return. We work closely with you through proofs and shop drawings before production begins.
