An exceptional and rare Art Deco floor lamp by RMC (Rindsberger Manufacturing Corporation), Chicago, circa 1930s–1940s. This striking Model 795 floor lamp is a beautiful representation of Machine Age aesthetics, featuring tiered geometric forms and contrasting materials.

The lamp’s body is constructed from aluminum with a rich black enamel finish and is accented by polished chrome bands that define the bold contours of its three-level flared shade. A stepped square base provides visual balance and grounding, while maintaining the symmetrical, architectural character emblematic of the Art Deco period.

This piece is marked “RMC 795” on the underside, suggesting its model and maker. RMC was known for producing quality lighting fixtures during the Art Deco era, often incorporating industrial motifs and robust materials. The original wiring is still intact, though a professional rewire is advised to meet contemporary safety standards.

Showing age-appropriate wear such as paint chips, scuffs, and light oxidation, this lamp remains in very good vintage condition and retains its full sculptural and functional presence. It is ideal for collectors of early modern design, or as a showstopping accent in Art Deco, industrial, or eclectic interiors.
